The restaurant is named after the Japanese word for cherry blossom, and the menu 
is based on traditional dishes from Japan, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Korea, 
interpreted in a completely modern way. Sakura offers dishes such as 
sushi, sea bass "usuzukuri", wagyu tatar, chilean sea bass, beefsteak "tobanyaki",
 tuna shimeji, as well as black cod-cod from the Sea of Japan.
